Live Streaming Guide

This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions or steps will guide you through some basic troubleshooting steps if something happens to go wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to chat or contact us through the live chat box on the bottom right of this page. You will need to enter your name and email address to chat with us.

General Troubleshooting

1. If live streaming won’t load on your device, try to refresh your page by pressing F5 or from your browser’s preferences/settings.
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you’re on Wi-Fi, try disconnecting from the network you’re on and reconnecting. If you’re using a cellular connection, try connecting to a Wi-Fi Network.
3. If the video appears blurry or grainy, it might mean your download speed isn’t fast enough. If you’re sure you have a fast enough connection, try Step 2 above.
4. If you can’t view the video on our webpage, try viewing it on YouTube by clicking here.
5. If you need more help, use the chat box on the lower right-hand corner of the screen to send us a message.
